Did you know? We offer recurring criminal records searches. You can easily re-screen employees on a quarterly or yearly basis. This feature enables you to meet vendor contract requirements.
Re-screen candidates that have been with a company for some length of time, to ensure that nothing new has come up.
Within the "Reports Management" tab, there's a link at bottom-right that reads "Re-Screening", which automatically lists all applicants who were screened more than 12 months ago as potential candidates for rescreening. You can change the number of months the system uses to determine candidates eligible for rescreening.
Click "Re-screen individual" to be directed to search order menu where applicant's data will be already pre-populated. Simply select search of choice and submit order.
