1. Application for Employment  

This is the screen that the applicant sees as they apply for a job.  You can self-configure the application to your colors, logos, and the specific questions you need to ask.


 

2. Client Log-in

Now when you or your HR Department  log into your account, you will see the “Recruiting” tab that will have the employment applications and the specific statuses for each application.

 

3. Recruit Management

In the recruiting section, you'll see the details for the applicants and send them for a background check, have an automatically generated decline letter if you decide not to screen and hire, and more.
