FCRA Requirements

Please Read: Before we can proceed with a request for an employment credit report or driving records, we are required to first validate your business entity. This is a one-time initial setup process required ONLY if you are ordering employment credit reports or driving records and it is NOT required if you are ordering any public records based searches. Public records based searches are strictly confidential and search subject will not be notified or have any knowledge of search process. However, FCRA requires you to comply with the following requirements if using public records for an employment declination or termination decision based on results obtained.

1. Obtain a signed Authorization Release Form
2. Provide a Pre Adverse Action Letter
3. Provide a Decline Letter to applicant stating the reasons for their disqualification and how to dispute the findings
4. Provide a Summary of Consumer Rights
