Data from the sources enclosed is collected from State
Repositories, Counties and Correctional Institutions databases.
All supplementary countywide databases detailed are included in
your search for State requested in addition to Main Statewide database
source (i.e. Dept of Corrections, Dept of Public Safety, Admin Of
Courts, Dept of Criminal Justice, etc.) + Most States now include
SX Offenders with photographs in addition to criminal databases,
all for the same price!
Search Tip: If unsure about DOB, please run search
again without inputting DOB in order to get all NAME MATCHES (not
recommended for common first/last name combinations as you may get
100's of name matches)
This information is considered public record. However, If you are
using any of our consumer reports, including our instant products
to assist in determining someone's employment or rental eligibility,
you are required under federal law to do the following:
1.Obtain a signed Authorization Release Form
2.Provide a Pre Adverse Action Letter
3.Provide a Decline Letter to applicant stating the reasons for
their disqualification and how to dispute the findings
4.Provide a Summary of Consumer Rights.
This search may not include all criminal records contained in each
of the States listed above and should not be used in place of an
"On-Site" County Court level search. Positive records data indicates
a possible criminal history on the searched subject and a full case
file should be pulled directly from the court in which the case
is filed.
